The space
Our self contained apartment provides 64m2 of space, fully refurbished in 2021, including new electrics and gas central heating throughout. It offers comfortable living via 2 bedrooms (master is large), a lounge with access to private deck, kitchen/diner and bathroom with shower/bath.

It is tucked away off the road, so it is private and reasonably quiet for a central town location with no overlooking neighbours.
Guest access
The keys are in a key box next to the front door, but we live locally, so if we are around, we would happily meet to show you around and answer any questions.
Additional notes
The private parking space is adjacent to the next door business, so sometimes visitors may be parked in the way but if you pop in they will get any car moved straight away. They work 9-5 but access 24x7 to the premises is important so please don’t park in front of the gates.

We have one private parking space (more on-street available) and it is seconds away from one of the country's best fish and chips shops and a mix of other takeaways. Within a few minutes walk, you can be in the town centre via a beautiful park (St Michaels) and going the other way, you have a large Tesco, Aldi, McDonald's, KFC, Greggs and a few shops like SportsDirect.

Neighborhood overview
We are on the edge of town (15 mins walk into the marketplace) down a no-through road, so no passing traffic on either side of the apartment. The direct area is 90% housing with a few business units a 100m away (Recycle shop, Screw Fix, a garage and two tyres shops). We are also seconds from a row of takeaways.
Getting around
Parking for one car is easy (next to the property) and at weekends you could get away with two, as the funeral director next door is closed, although needs 24x7 access via the adjacent gate. You can walk to several supermarkets if you needed to and the nearest train station is Kemble (15 mins drive). There are also regular buses into Cheltenham/Stroud.
